About the Chauffeurs & Vehicles:

1. All services will be conducted by elite chauffeurs.
2. English speaking drivers are available at all destinations.
3. The drivers meet the dress code and the executive image.
4. The chauffeur carries a mobile phone 2 hours before the service begins.
5. All vehicles are well equipped and no more than 3 years old.
6. Free mineral water, newspapers and other amenities are on board.

Price

The relevant valid price list is applicable for all prices. Calculation and computation errors remain reserved. A down payment of 50% of the total price is due for an order volume over 3,000 €. Flat rate offers are nonbinding. Possible additional extras such as for costs parking fees (airport pick up 5 €), hotel accommodation, entrance fees or the like are invoiced separately.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of the assignment. If it was agreed to issue an invoice, payment is due on receipt of such invoice. Interest on arrears is charged according to the legal provisions governing overdue payments. If a collection agency is instructed to collect the overdue payment, the client will pay any consequential costs. A fee of 5 € can be charged for each reminder.

Cancellation

The client is not charged for orders cancelled up to 24 hours prior to commencement of the journey. The client is charged 50% of the travel order amount for cancellations received up to 12 hours prior to the commencement of the journey. The client is charged 75% of the travel order amount for cancellations less than 12 hours prior the commencement of the journey. The entire order volume will be charged if the driver is already on their way to the client or at the collection point and the client does not begin the journey or cancels the service. The client is at liberty to prove that BGS Exclusive Limousines experienced a lesser damage.
